Building a sustainability program at JFrog is not about checking a box for external validation, but a natural extension of our core values: caring for the developer communities we come from and the environments we engage with. Every frog plays a role in advancing this initiative, guided by our experienced Board, the Nomination and Governance Committee (which oversees Sustainability as part of its mandate), and our executive team. Our Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) leads the effort, shaping and executing our strategy across all business functions, ensuring sustainability is seamlessly integrated into our day-to-day operations

Environmental Commitment

JFrog is committed to limiting our environmental impact—both from our own operations and through the ways our products are used by customers. Many of our internal policies naturally support sustainability, such as flexible work schedules that reduce commuting emissions and energy usage. We also monitor our use of external cloud services to optimize efficiency and reduce downstream environmental impact.

Compliance with internal and external regulations is a natural extension of our values. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, with regular training on our Global Code of Conduct and CODEX to ensure shared understanding across teams.
Our Internal Audit team enforces a zero-tolerance policy for ethical breaches, conducting quarterly audits aligned with our Audit Plan and overseen by the Chief Legal Officer. These efforts help us maintain integrity, accountability, and readiness in an evolving regulatory landscape.
